Wireless manual call point questions
What is a wireless standalone manual call point?
It is a manually operated alarm initiation device that sends a fire-alarm event through its documented wireless path. It does not automatically detect smoke, heat or gas.
Do the China approvals prove CE, FCC, UL or global market approval?
No. The documented radio type approval and telecom network trial approval apply within their stated China scope. They do not establish CE, FCC, UL or destination-market acceptance.
Which wireless versions are documented?
A separate manual documents the 433 MHz configuration. Commissioned reports record 4G, LoRa and NB-IoT network modes, while China regulatory records identify a TD-LTE/LTE FDD configuration. Exact hardware and evidence require SKU/BOM confirmation.
Can one WANLIN-222 claim cover every radio configuration?
No. The model family alone does not prove identical radio modules, frequency bands, firmware, labels or market evidence across all variants.
How should the alarm path be commissioned?
Test button activation, event transmission, receiving-panel or platform receipt, reset operation, low-battery indication, network outage behaviour and final notification routing.
